HUGE shout out the Joel Vanderband at GreyStone in Grand Rapids for being a magnificent salesman. He was fair, he was kind, he was humble. Most importantly he was honest, and he was extremely helpful.I HIGHLY recommend him and his car lot if you're looking. He has excellent quality vehicles, excellent prices, and excellent customer service.He corrected every single little cosmetic blemish inside the car.He ALSO paid $200 out of his own pockets towards brand new tires for the vehicle. (The original set had a few more months of wear honestly, but Joel and I agreed it'd be nice to just have it taken care of now and not need to worry about it before winter comes.)He even fed my partner and I burgers for lunch!!Whether it's 5 years from now, or 10 years from now, dude is definitely getting a formal invitation to the wedding 🤣🖤THANK YOU JOEL!! YOU'RE THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!

I had a smooth experience with no issues purchasing a used vehicle here. The Honda Pilot looked to be well-maintained and fairly clean. Joel was patient and kind, and he worked with integrity. He explained everything clearly and it was a very low-pressure interaction. I recommend Greystone to anyone who may be new to buying a vehicle.

I wanted to wait a few weeks after i purchased my used vehicle to write a review. The vehicle i purchased has been mechanically sound and i have had no issues. The used vehicle that I purchased from Joe was meticulously cared for and I can tell that when Greystone looks for vehicles to put on their lot, they are very picky on the vehicles they select. I have looked at many used vehicles at many different dealers (big and small) and i have never seen a vehicle that was as clean and nice as what I purchasrd from Joe. I sincerely appreciate how Joe has very good communication and his availability with office hours.Joe even helped me with obtaining a second key for the vehicle and that was very much appreciated and just an example of him goong the "extra mile"Thank you Joe! Purchased at end of January '26 at GREYSTONE. Laser focused on one type of vehicle. Viewed 100+ online and 3 in person. Pricing was good, Carfax helped and had a clean report from their service garage. Still took vehicle to my mechanic, who agreed, a good vehicle. Joe was excellent through the process and answered questions. No funny business. Yes, would (will) buy from GREYSTONE again.
